The classic class rebuilt for the park
Strengthen your legs, sharpen your core and expand your aerobic engine.
Legs, Tums and Runs is the famous class with a fresh twist.
Expect lower-body and core strength training – as well as running and walking intervals, and skills-based drills using agility ladders and cones.
Bums not forgotten
Fear not!
There’ll be plenty of time for your favourite glute bridges, lunges, squats and donkey kicks.

🏃 Short jogging intervals, walking recoveries and stamina-building exercises.
🦵 Squats, lunges, glute activation and lower-body strengthening exercises.
🧘🏻♀️ Exercises designed to build a stronger, more stable midsection.
⚡ Cones, ladders and coordination drills to challenge balance and movement skills.
Location and how to get there
The classes take place in Victoria Park, in the field left of the Bonner Gate entrance to the park. Near where the weekend farmers’ market is held.

Cambridge Heath is the nearest tube stop, a 10-minute walk away. Bethnal Green station is about a 12-15 minutes’ walk.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely.
Exercises can be adapted for different fitness levels and participants are encouraged to train at an intensity that suits them.
Whether you’re new to exercise or already active, you’ll be able to challenge yourself and make progress.
What should I bring?
💧 Water bottle
👟 Comfortable sportswear and running shoes or trainers
🧘🏻♀️ Exercise mat (optional – a few will be available)
